Travelling from the south

Follow the Pacific Highway through Ballina. At the northern end of town, turn right into Southern Cross Drive, following the signs to the airport and industrial area. Continue towards the airport — we are on the left, about 100 metres before the terminal.

Travelling from the north

Before entering Ballina township, turn left into Southern Cross Drive, following the signs to the airport and industrial area. Continue towards the airport — our facility is on the left, about 100 metres before the terminal.

When you arrive

What to do on the day

Turn in off Southern Cross Drive and pull up at the office
Allow ten minutes before you need to be at the terminal

For after-hours pickup (eg Qantas), there is a lockbox. A code is required and given to you before you leave.
