How it works

What happens after you book

STEP 01

We confirm by email

We check availability for your dates and email you a confirmation with your total and arrival instructions.

STEP 02

Drop off and walk over

Arrive at 204 Southern Cross Drive, park in your allocated space, then walk the 100 metres to the terminal.

STEP 03

Land and drive home

Your vehicle is waiting where you left it. Collect any time, any day of the year.

Before you send the form

We reply by email, usually the same day. If you are travelling within 24 hours, call us on 0412 050 018 instead so we can confirm straight away.

Yes. We are open seven days a week, so same-day storage is often possible. Call to check what is available before you drive over. We accept walk-ins if space is available.
